Equipped with 8-axis CNC machines, Department for the production of micro drills and micro milling cutters, construction of special tools according to drawing, CNC grinding for the production of steps and punches, Special extra-long tools.
Adjustment
The grinding department is equipped with cnc for the internal preparation of the steps of our production.
Starting from ground rods from Ø 1 to Ø 25, we can make reductions up to Ø 0.1.
Grinding is also carried out for third parties. Production of shaped m.d. punches.
Manufacturing
The company has two departments:
- the first equipped with 8-axis CNC machines for the construction of standard and/or special tools with up to 20XD tooling.
- the second is equipped with 8-axis CNC dedicated to the production of micro tools from Ø 0.1.The tools are produced according to the customer’s project and design.
Grinding Centre
The grinding department is equipped with 5-axis CNC grinding machines for grinding and modifying tools of all kinds, such as cylindrical cutters, conical cutters, radius cutters, drills, step drills, reamers, wideners in HSS, M.D. integral or brazed, and for grinding blades of all diameters and types.
Since 2008, Guidolin has been certified as an Official NACHI Grinding Centre for Europe.
Quality Control
Control room equipped with CNC and 600XD microscopes that allow the certification of tools with a resolution of ±0.2 microns.
On request we can also provide reports on externally produced tools.
